To provide a functional water supply system which can perform proper sterilization according to a state of an object to be cleaned (a cleaned object).SOLUTION: A functional water supply system 20 includes a water supply section 24, a generation section 21, a water discharge section 22, a sensor section 23, and a control section 25. The generation section 21 generates functional water W2 by using water W1 supplied from the water supply section 24. The water discharge section 22 discharges the functional water W2. The sensor section 23 measures a state of at least one of a cleaned object 10 and a periphery of the cleaned object 10.
