To suppress the decrease in concentration of first functional water.SOLUTION: A functional water supply system 1 includes a first water discharge unit 11, a second water discharge unit 12, a functional water generation unit 13, a switching unit 14, and a control unit 15. The first water discharge unit 11 discharges first functional water W1. The second water discharge unit 12 discharges raw water W0. The functional water generation unit 13 generates at least the first functional water W1, and supplies the generated first functional water W1 to the first water discharge unit 11. The switching unit 14 switches between a first water discharge state in which the first functional water W1 is discharged from the first water discharge unit 11 and a first water stop state in which the first water discharge unit 11 stops water discharge, and switches between a second water discharge state in which the raw water W0 is discharged from the second water discharge unit 12, and a second water stop state in which the second water discharge unit 12 is turned off.
