To provide a construction method of a wooden building improved in workability and safety of a worker, while preventing collapse of a framework.SOLUTION: A construction method of a wooden building includes a column erection step of erecting a column 11 of the wooden building, and comprises a temporary floor construction step of constructing a temporary floor 20 at a height of a column head part of the column over the whole prescribed construction region before the column erection step, and an opening part forming step of forming an opening 41 at a position where the column is erected on the temporary floor.
