To provide means for contributing to the improvement of the efficiency of slinging work associated with the carrying work of a unit house.SOLUTION: A unit house A is at least provided with a communication opening 10 that opens the ceiling of the unit house A and connects the interior of the unit house A with the roof top, a closing part 20 that can close the communication opening, and a locking part 30 that is provided on the roof of the unit house A. 【課題】ユニットハウスの運搬作業に伴う玉掛け作業の効率向上に寄与する手段を提供すること。【解決手段】ユニットハウスＡの天井を開口して、ユニットハウスＡの屋内と屋根上との間を連通してなる連絡口１０と、連絡口を閉塞可能な閉塞部２０と、ユニットハウスＡの屋根上に設ける係止部３０と、を少なくとも具備する。作業員Ｃは、ユニットハウスＡの屋内から適宜閉塞部２０を開けて開放した連絡口１０を通じて、ユニットハウスＡの屋根上へと上半身を乗り出した姿勢から、係止部３０に対する玉掛け作業を実施することができる。【選択図】図１
