【課題】運搬時の高さ制限をクリアし、室ユニット内の有効空間の狭隘化をなくすことができるユニットハウスを提供すること。【解決手段】複数個の室ユニットを連結することにより構成され、上記室ユニットは屋根部を屋根ユニット２３として別に製作されるようになっていて、上記室ユニットと屋根ユニット２３は別々に現場に搬入されて組み立てられるものであり、それによって、運搬時の高さ制限をクリアするとともに室ユニット内の有効空間が狭められることをなくすことができる。【選択図】図３０
