To provide a dielectric composition having heat resistance and a high relative dielectric constant.SOLUTION: A dielectric composition according to the present invention includes: a main phase containing an alkali niobate perovskite type oxide; and a subphase of an M-Ti-O spinel compound (element M is a monovalent to tetravalent element). The main phase is represented by a composition formula of (1-x)(KaNabLicCad)(NbeTif)O3-xBaZrO3; where a to x satisfy the following equation: 0.28≤a≤0.54; 0.41≤b≤0.66; 0.01≤c≤0.02; 0.01≤d≤0.06; 0.96≤e≤0.99; 0.01≤f≤0.04; and 0.035≤x≤0.080.SELECTED DRAWING: None
