To provide a lifting tool, and a wall face member construction method with use of the lifting tool, with which the work load of joining a first wall face member to a second wall face member can be lightened and the workability can be improved even when the wire ropes to lift up the first wall face member are slanted.SOLUTION: A lifting tool comprises: a tool body having an insert part that is inserted through a first joint hole to lift up a first wall face member and is inserted through a second joint hole, which corresponds to the first joint hole, on a second wall face member; and a correction member that, when the first wall face member is lifted up with the insertion part being inserted through the first joint hole, abuts on a part of the first wall face member, on which the first joint hole is formed, to correct the direction of the insertion part to align with the hole axis direction of the first joint hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
