To stabilize quality of ready-mixed concrete.SOLUTION: An aggregate quality prediction method includes: a preparation step of, through machine learning based on input information including image data obtained by picking up an image of aggregate and a correct answer value of the mass ratio of each of a plurality of grain-size sections of the aggregate associated with the input information, building a prediction model that outputs a value indicating the mass ratio for every section included in the plurality of grain-size sections according to input of the input information; an acquisition step of acquiring evaluation information including image data obtained by picking up an image of aggregate to be evaluated and corresponding to the input information; a first prediction step of inputting the evaluation information to the prediction model to acquire a prediction value to be output from the prediction model in relation to the mass ratio for every section; and a second prediction step of converting the prediction value into the fineness modulus of the aggregate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
