QUALITY PREDICTION METHOD FOR AGGREGATE, MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR READY MIXED CONCRETE AND MANUFACTURING SYSTEM FOR READY MIXED CONCRETE
To stabilize the quality of ready mixed concrete and also increase the efficiency of quality management.SOLUTION: A quality prediction method for aggregate includes: a preparation step for acquiring an analytical curve showing the relation between a feature quantity obtained from spectrum data corresponding to reflection or absorption by an aggregate at two or more wavelengths larger than 780 nm and a surface moisture rate of the aggregate when the aggregate is irradiated with light; a first acquisition step for acquiring spectrum data for evaluation corresponding to the reflection or absorption by an aggregate to be evaluated at the two or more wavelengths when the aggregate to be evaluated is irradiated with the light; a second acquisition step for acquiring a feature quantity for evaluation from the spectrum data for evaluation; and a prediction step for predicting the surface moisture rate of the aggregate to be evaluated based upon the feature quantity for evaluation and the analytical curve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
