To provide a finishing material-mounting wall structure and building that does not inhibit (restrain) rocking of panels and finishing material during an earthquake, using a wooden finishing material as a finishing material in a wall structure with a rocking structure.SOLUTION: A finishing material-mounted wall structure of the invention consists of a wood finishing material attached to a panel via a base metal fitting, and a connecting member extending in the first direction is attached to the base metal fitting; a plurality of wooden finishing materials are arranged side by side in the first direction and secured to the connecting member with a fastening material, and the wooden finishing material is secured to the connecting member in the first direction at only one location by the fastening material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ロッキング構造を有する壁構造体において、仕上材として木製仕上材を用い、地震時にパネルおよび仕上材のロッキングを阻害（拘束）しない、仕上材取付け壁構造体および建物を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の仕上材取付け壁構造体は、パネルに、下地金具を介して、木製仕上材が取り付けられてなり、下地金具には、第１の方向に延在する連結部材が取り付けられており、木製仕上材は、第１の方向に並べて複数枚配され、連結部材に留付材で固定されており、木製仕上材の第１の方向における、留付材による固定か所が１か所であること、を特徴とする。【選択図】図１
