To provide a wall surface construction device that can improve work efficiency when performing various works to wall surfaces of a structure.SOLUTION: A wall surface construction device 1 comprises: a guide material 10 attached to a wall surface D1; a work platform 20 connected to the guide material 10; and a work device 30 provided on the work platform 20. The work platform 20 can be raised and lowered along the guide material 10.
