The invention relates to the field of building machinery, and discloses a wall surface treatment mechanism, a wall surface construction device and a wall surface construction robot. The wall surface treatment mechanism comprises a scraping plate used for scraping slurry on a construction wall surface, a bottom plate and a top plate, wherein the slurry scraping end of the scraping plate is hinged to the bottom plate; and the top plate is located over the bottom plate, the slurry sealing end of the scraping plate slides relative to the lower surface of the top plate, the distance between the top plate and the bottom plate is adjustable, and the included angle between the scraping plate and the horizontal plane changes along with the distance between the top plate and the bottom plate. The wall surface treatment mechanism can improve the slurry scraping quality of the top end of the construction wall surface.
