【課題】従来の屋根材は再利用出来る状態で取り外すことが難しく、再利用できる状態で多くの工数をかけて取り外す手間よりも、新たな屋根材を用意した方がコスト的に安くなるため、屋根材の劣化が進んでいなくても屋根材を廃棄するという課題があった。【解決手段】本発明の板状屋根材は、緊結材はビスを用いて屋根下地に固定する板状屋根材の屋根構造において、板状屋根材の働き幅寸法は建物の設計単位寸法の二分の一とし、働き長さの水平投影寸法は働き幅寸法の二分の一とし、働き長さ寸法は勾配ごとに働き長さの水平投影寸法に勾配伸び率を乗じた寸法とし、流れ方向の段毎で前記働き幅寸法の二分の一をずらして配置し、水上止水部はルーフィングの上面と接地し、水抜き部はルーフィングの上面より離隔し、全ての屋根端部には、規格化した形状の規格化形状屋根材を配置し、第2緊結穴を有し、規格化形状屋根材の緊結材はビスを用いて屋根下地に固定する。【選択図】 図1
