【課題】躯体の不陸に追随し、床面の水平面を容易に形成可能であると共に、軽量衝撃音及び重量衝撃音を共に効果的に低減し得る床下地材を提供する。【解決手段】可撓性発泡樹脂成形体により長尺な柱状体に形成されており、上面1Aに面材側の部材と当接する面材側当接部10を有し、下面1Bに躯体側の部材と当接する躯体側当接部20、及び躯体側の部材と間隔を隔てて位置する躯体側非当接部30とを有し、上記躯体側当接部と上記躯体側非当接部との間にスリット40が形成されている床下地材1とした。【選択図】図2
