To provide a door drive device for suppressing a load applied to a rotary shaft member of a door, a door drive device adjustment method, and a door drive device adjustment program.SOLUTION: A door drive device 1 includes a drive unit 20 that generates rotational power, a first drive mechanism 30A and a second drive mechanism 30B that transmit the rotational power of the drive unit 20 to a door, a first rotation shaft and a second rotation shaft that rotationally drive the door by the rotational power, a stopper that regulates displacements of the first drive mechanism 30A and the second drive mechanism 30B at a fully open position and a fully closed position of the door, a control unit 11 that controls the drive unit 20 to open/close the door, a rotation amount acquiring unit 13 that acquires, as a pre-adjustment rotation amount, a rotation amount of the drive unit 20 when the control unit 11 causes the door to perform a closing operation from the fully open position to the fully closed position or an opening operation from the fully closed position to the fully open position, an adjustment amount acquiring unit 12 that acquires an adjustment amount for adjusting the drive unit 20, and a setting unit 14 that sets a value obtained by subtracting the adjustment amount from the pre-adjustment rotation amount as the rotation amount of the drive unit 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
