ROAD SURFACE MOLDING AUXILIARY MEMBER AND ROAD SURFACE MOLDING METHOD
To provide a road surface molding auxiliary member enabling a road surface on which a drain channel is formed to be easily and beautifully molded.SOLUTION: A road surface molding auxiliary member 1 is used to mold a road surface and has a body part 2 and a plurality of cylindrical parts 3. The cylindrical part 3 has a first cylindrical part 3A positioned on a lower side in a state in which the body part 2 is placed on a placing surface, a second cylindrical part 3B positioned on an upper side, and a linkage part 37 to link the first cylindrical part 3A and the second cylindrical part 3B in a vertical direction. The linkage part 37 can change a linkage position in the vertical direction between the first cylindrical part 3A and the second cylindrical part 3B in order to adjust height of the cylindrical part 3. A drain channel is formed of a second open hole 31, a first open hole 22, and a communication pipe 32 by opening top faces of the cylindrical parts 3 using an opening mechanism 34 after a road surface molding material placed on the body part 2 is cured to a state in which the shape of the road surface molding material does not collapse.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】 排水路か形成された路面を容易かつ美しく成型することが可能な路面成型補助部材を提供する。【解決手段】 路面成型補助部材1は、路面の成型時に使用されるものであって、本体部2と、複数の筒状部3と、を備えている。筒状部3は、本体部2が載置面上に載置された状態で下方に位置する第1の筒状部3Aと、上方に位置する第2の筒状部3Bと、第1の筒状部3Aと第2の筒状部3Bを上下方向に連接させる連接部37と、を備えており、連接部37は、筒状部3の高さを調整するために、第1の筒状部3Aと第2の筒状部3Bの上下方向での連接位置を変更可能である。本体部2上に打ち込まれた路面成型材料が形状が崩れない程度に硬化した後に、開放機構34を用いて各筒状部3の上面を開放させることで第2の貫通孔31、第1の貫通孔22及び連通管32により排水路が形成される。【選択図】図8
