PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entering and leaving management device capable of achieving highly reliable entering and leaving management while reducing the frequency of ID authentication.SOLUTION: An entering and leaving management device 300 comprises: a face information acquisition part 320 which obtains face authentication result for determining whether or not a person positioned at a predetermined area including at least one positioned at an entrance of a managed area is an authorized person having an approach right into the managed area based on the face; ID authentication part 350 which determines whether or not a person positioned at the entrance is an authorized person based on ID information from a terminal possessed by the person positioned at the entrance; and a door control part 360 which temporarily opens an entrance when at least one of the condition that the number of successful face authentications which is the number of successful face authentications counted per authorized person, is a predetermined value or higher and the condition that ID authentication was successful in terms of a person positioned at the entrance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ＩＤ認証の回数を低減しつつ信頼性の高い入退管理を実現する事ができる入退管理装置を提供する事。【解決手段】入退管理装置３００は、管理対象エリアの入り口に位置する人を少なくとも含む、所定のエリアに位置する人に対して、管理対象エリアへの進入権限を有する人である権限者であるか否かを顔に基づいて判定する、顔認証の結果を取得する顔情報取得部３２０と、入り口に位置する人が所持する端末のＩＤ情報に基づいて、入り口に位置する人が権限者であるか否かを判定する、ＩＤ認証を行うＩＤ認証部３５０と、入り口に位置する人に対応する、顔認証が成功した回数であって権限者毎にカウントされる顔認証成功回数が、所定値以上であるという条件、および、ＩＤ認証が成功したという条件のうち、少なくとも１つが満たされるとき、入り口を一時的に開放する扉制御部３６０と、を有する。【選択図】図４
