SMOKING PERMITTING SIMPLE RESTAURANT, AND FOOD/DRINK SERVICE METHOD THEREFOR
To provide a smoking permitting simple restaurant that does not deny smokers the right to eat and drink while smoking, and a food/drink service method therefor.SOLUTION: A smoking permitting simple restaurant 1 displays a notice 3 for customers entering there from an entrance 2, clearly indicating that only smokers or those who tolerate smoking are allowed to enter. In the restaurant, a counter type table 4 and a plurality of chairs 5 are arranged. Employees work inside of the table 4 and serve cooked food stored in a food/drink storage 6 to customers. Drink is served in a drink bar 7 installed there. Air in the restaurant is totally cleaned with an air cleaning device 9, so that cleaned air is discharge outside of the restaurant even where smoking is allowed in the restaurant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 喫煙者が喫煙しながら飲食する権利を否定しない喫煙型簡易飲食店舗およびその飲食物提供方法を提供する。【解決手段】 喫煙型簡易飲食店舗１は、出入口２から入店した客に、入店の条件として、喫煙者または喫煙容認者限定であることを明示する掲示３を設けている。店舗内には、カウンター式のテーブル４と複数の椅子５を配置する。従業員は、テーブル４の内側で作業し、客に飲食物保管庫６で保管している調理済みの食物を提供する。飲み物は、ドリンクバー７を設けて提供する。店舗内の空気は、空気清浄機９で全体として清浄化し、店舗内で喫煙を許容しても、店舗外には清浄な空気を排出する。【選択図】図１
