The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence food waste grinder. The artificial intelligence food waste grinder comprises a dehydration tank, a shredding unit, and a grinding unit, which are attached to the lower part of a sink for home use. Thus, the artificial intelligence food waste grinder comprises an artificial intelligence server, the dehydration tank, a cloud server, the shredding unit, a camera installed in a foam factor unit on the upper side of the shredding unit, and the grinding unit. The shredding unit is connected to the cloud server. The artificial intelligence server is connected to the grinding unit. The communication between the artificial intelligence server and the cloud server is connected by an RS 232 communication method and an RS 485 communication method. The artificial intelligence server includes an artificial intelligence NPU, a memory unit, a camera control unit, a spray control unit, a motor control unit, an opening and closing control unit, a shredding control unit, a grinding control unit, a signal unit, and a switch unit. According to the present invention, the artificial intelligence NPU of the artificial intelligence server accurately classifies food waste and a matter which is not food waste and removes the matter which is not food waste. Moreover, the artificial intelligence NPU shreds and grinds only the food waste and performs microbial decomposition on the food waste so that the whole amount of the food waste can be safely released to a sewer after the food waste is completely decomposed.
본 발명의 인공지능 음식물 분쇄기는 가정용 싱크대의 하부에 부착된 탈수조, 파쇄부 및 분쇄부로 구성된 음식물 분쇄기에 있어서, 인공지능 서버, 탈수조, 클라우드 서버, 파쇄부, 상기 파쇄부의 상측부 폼팩트부 내에 설치된 카메라 및 분쇄부로 구성되고; 상기 파쇄부에 상기 클라우드 서버가 연결되고; 상기 분쇄부에 인공지능 서버가 연결되고; 상기 인공지능 서버와 상기 클라우드 서버 간의 통신은 RS 232, 485 통신방식으로 연결되고; 상기 인공지능 서버는 인공지능 NPU, 메모리부, 카메라제어부, 스프레이제어부, 모터제어부, 개폐제어부, 파쇄제어부, 분쇄제어부, 신호부 및 스위치부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 인공지능 서버의 인공지능 NPU가 음식물쓰레기와 음식물쓰레기가 아닌 물질을 정확하게 구분하여 음식물쓰레기가 아닌 물질을 제거해 내고 음식물쓰레기만 파쇄, 분쇄 및 미생물분해를 하여 음식물쓰레기를 완전히 분해한 후에 전량 하수도로 흘려보낼 수 있는 효과가 있다.
