To provide a flexible meeting booth capable of realizing a comfortable meeting.SOLUTION: A panel (100) has an inside face (102) and an outer face (101). The inside face (102) is provided with head rest (9) on which a person sitting on the sofa (10) positioned at the inside face (102) side may lean back the head.
