To provide a flexible meeting booth capable of realizing a comfortable meeting.SOLUTION: A panel (100) has an inside face (102) and an outer face (101). The inside face (102) is provided with head rest (9) on which a person sitting on the sofa (10) positioned at the inside face (102) side may lean back the head. The head rest (9) protrudes in a horizontal direction from the inside face (102), and is provided separately from a backrest (16) of the sofa (10).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
