AUTOMATIC DOOR SAFETY DEVICE
To provide an automatic door safety device having a long mechanical life, which prevents the influence of noise, keeps the detection accuracy of a person or a foreign object stable and accurate without being influenced by the installation environment of the automatic door or changes in opening and closing operation.SOLUTION: An automatic door safety device includes a motor control circuit that drives a belt motor, a door control unit consisting of a power supply circuit connected to an external power source and a wireless receiving circuit, a power supply transmitting circuit connected to the power supply circuit, a power supply receiving circuit which is powered wirelessly from the power supply transmitting circuit and a power supply backup circuit having a charge and discharge function, a detection unit provided at the end and front of the door and consisting of a proximity sensor, a signal conversion unit that outputs the signal output of the detection unit as a digital value at a predetermined period, and an arithmetic output unit that detects a foreign object approaching the detection unit based on the digital value and outputs a foreign object detection signal to the wireless transmitting circuit and transmits it wirelessly to the wireless receiving circuit. When the wireless receiving circuit receives the foreign object detection signal, the belt motor is stopped and reversed via the motor control circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】自動ドアの設置環境や開閉動作の変化に影響されずに、ノイズの影響を防止して人や異物の検出精度を安定かつ正確に保ち、機械的寿命が長い自動ドア用安全装置を提供することにある。【解決手段】ベルトモータを駆動するモータ制御回路と、外部電源に接続された電源回路及び無線受信回路で構成されたドア制御部と、電源回路に接続された給電送信回路と、給電送信回路から無線給電される給電受信回路及び充放電機能を有する電源バックアップ回路と、ドアの戸尻、戸先に設けられ、近接センサで構成された検知部と、検知部の信号出力を所定周期のディジタル値で出力する信号変換部と、ディジタル値に基づいて検知部に接近した異物を検知して異物検知信号を無線送信回路に出力し、無線受信回路に無線送信する演算出力部とで構成され、無線受信回路が前記異物検知信号を受信したときに、モータ制御回路を介してベルトモータを停止、反転する。【選択図】図2
