ROTATIONAL JOINING METHOD OF STEEL PIPE PILE WITH FLUID SUPPLY PIPE
To provide a rotational joining method of a steel pipe pile with a fluid supply pipe which enables joining of fluid supply pipes and upper and lower piles without damaging the fluid supply pipe.SOLUTION: A rotational joining method of a steel pipe pile 3 with a fluid supply pipe which comprises a fluid supply pipe 5 installed in a pile axial direction and a joint 1 having an anti-rotation pin hole 7 into which an anti-rotation pin 18 is inserted includes: a pile joining step of rotationally joining a lower pile 3b having a lower pile-side fluid supply pipe 5b installed on a pile inner surface, and an upper pile 3a having an upper pile-side fluid supply pipe 5a installed on the pile inner surface and a connecting pipe 9 installed at a lower end of the upper pile-side fluid supply pipe 5a so as to be downwardly movable so that axes of the lower pile-side fluid supply pipe 5b and the upper pile-side fluid supply pipe 5a are aligned; and a fluid supply pipe connecting step of accessing the connecting pipe 9 through the anti-rotation pin holes 7 of the upper pile 3a and the lower pile 3b, moving the connecting pipe 9 downward, and connecting the upper pile-side fluid supply pipe 5a and the lower pile-side fluid supply pipe 5b via the connecting pipe 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】流体供給管を損傷することなく流体供給管及び上杭と下杭の接合を可能とした流体供給管付き鋼管杭の回転接合方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る流体供給管付き鋼管杭3の回転接合方法は、杭軸方向に配設された流体供給管5と、回転防止ピン18を挿入する回転防止ピン孔7を有する継手1と、を備えた流体供給管付き鋼管杭3の回転接合方法であって、下杭側流体供給管5bが杭内面に配設された下杭3bと、杭内面に配設された上杭側流体供給管5aと上杭側流体供給管5aの下端部に下動可能に設けられた連結管9とを備えた上杭3aとを、下杭側流体供給管5bと上杭側流体供給管5aの軸線が合うように回転接合する杭接合工程と、上杭3aと下杭3bの回転防止ピン孔7から、連結管9にアクセスして連結管9を下動させて、連結管9を介して上杭側流体供給管5aと下杭側流体供給管5bを接続する流体供給管接続工程と、を備えたものである。【選択図】 図1
