METHOD FOR ROTATIONALLY JOINTING STEEL PIPE PILE WITH FLUID SUPPLY PIPE, AND STEEL PIPE PILE WITH FLUID SUPPLY PIPE
To provide a method for rotationally jointing a steel pipe pile with a fluid supply pipe that is rotationally jointed and has a fluid supply pipe that supplies fluid at the inner surface of a pile and/or its tip, and to provide a steel pipe pile with a fluid supply pipe.SOLUTION: A method for rotationally jointing a steel pipe pile 5 with a fluid supply pipe comprises: an upper pile hanging and supporting step of hanging and supporting an upper pile 5a in which an upper pile side fluid supply pipe 3a is held at the inner surface side above a lower pile 5b to which a lower pile side fluid supply pipe 3b is attached; a fluid supply pipe connecting step of connecting the upper pile side fluid supply pipe 3a to the lower pile side fluid supply pipe 3b; and a pile rotationally jointing step of rotationally jointing the upper pile to the lower pile 5b in a state where the movement of the upper part of the upper pile side fluid supply pipe 3a in a circumferential direction relative to the upper pile 5a is restricted. In the upper pile hanging and supporting step, the upper part of the upper pile side fluid supply pipe 3a is restricted so as not to move in the circumferential direction relative to the inner surface of the upper pile 5a. In the pile rotationally jointing step, rotational jointing is performed such that deflection along the upper pile inner surface generated in the upper pile side fluid supply pipe 3a at the start of rotational jointing is eliminated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】回転接合されると共に杭内面及び/または杭先端に流体を供給する流体供給管を備えた流体供給管付き鋼管杭の回転接合方法、流体供給管付き鋼管杭を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る流体供給管付き鋼管杭5の回転接合方法は、下杭側流体供給管3bが取り付けられた下杭5bの上方に、上杭側流体供給管3aが内面側に保持された上杭5aを吊り支持する上杭吊り支持工程と、上杭側流体供給管3aを下杭側流体供給管3bに接続する流体供給管接続工程と、上杭側流体供給管3aの上部を上杭5aに対して周方向の移動を規制した状態で上杭を下杭5bに回転接合する杭回転接合工程とを備え、上杭吊り支持工程において、上杭側流体供給管3aはその上部が上杭5aの内面に対して周方向に移動しないように移動規制されており、杭回転接合工程において、回転接合開始時に上杭側流体供給管3aに生じた上杭内面に沿う撓みが解消するように回転接合が行われる。【選択図】 図1
