EXPANSION JOINT WITH FIBER REINFORCEMENT FOR WATERWAY AND THE CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to an expansion joint for an open waterway with fabric reinforcing materials capable of preventing damage to the open waterway caused by the contraction or expansion of the open waterway when the open waterway is contracted or expanded according to ambient environment conditions, preventing a leakage of water flowing in the open waterway, and being easily constructed and to a construction method thereof. The expansion joint for the open waterway includes an expansion joint member with a central expansion unit; fixing units positioned on both sides of the expansion unit and including multiple fixing blot holes; and the multiple fabric reinforcing materials embedded inside the fixing units. The expansion joint for the open waterway is formed by coating an adhesive on an expansion joint member groove grounded to have a depth corresponding to the thickness of the expansion joint member in an area including a connecting unit of the open waterway, mounting the expansion joint member on the expansion joint member groove, and fixing the expansion joint member with fixing blots through the fixing bolt holes to attach the fabric reinforcing materials to the open waterway using the adhesive. The present invention provides effects of solving a problem of difficulty in the installation of the expansion joint for the open waterway due to bending of a reinforcing steel sheet occurring when using an existing method using the reinforcing steel sheet by including the fabric reinforcing materials, facilitating the installation and maintenance of the expansion joint, and effectively preventing a water leakage.
본 발명은 주변 환경에 따라 개거수로가 수축 또는 팽창할 때에 이 작용에 따라 개거수로가 파손되는 것을 방지함은 물론, 개거수로를 통과하는 농수가 누수되지 않도록 하며, 시공이 용이한 섬유보강재를 구비한 개거수로용 신축이음장치 및 개거수로용 신축이음장치 시공 방법에 관한 것으로,상기 개거수로 신축이음장치는, 중심의 신축부; 상기 신축부의 양측에 위치하며 다수의 고정볼트구멍이 형성되는 고정부; 및 상기 고정부의 내측에 내장되는 다수의 섬유보강재;를 구비한 신축이음부재;를 포함하여 구성되어, 상기 개거수로의 연결부를 포함하는 영역에서 상기 신축이음부재의 두께에 대응하는 깊이를 가지고 연삭 형성된 신축이음부재홈에 접착제를 도포하여 상기 신축이음부재를 안착시킨 후 상기 고정볼트구멍을 통해 고정볼트로 고정하여 섬유보강재가 개거수로와의 접촉면에 접착제에 의해 접착되도록 구성되어,섬유보강재를 구비하는 것에 의해, 종래의 보강철판을 구비한 경우에서 보강철판의 휨에 의해 개거수로 신축이음장치의 설치를 어렵게 하는 문제를 해결하고, 설치 및 유지 보수를 용이하게 하며, 누수를 효과적으로 방지할 수 있도록 하는 효과를 제공한다.
