EXPANSION JOINT FOR WATERWAY AND THE CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to an expansion joint for an open waterway and a method for constructing an expansion joint for an open waterway capable of preventing damage to the open waterway due to the contraction or expansion of the open waterway when the open waterway is contracted or expanded according to ambient environment conditions, preventing a leakage of water flowing in the open waterway, and being easily constructed and to a method for constructing the expansion joint for the open waterway. The expansion joint for the open waterway includes an expansion joint member having an expansion joint unit made of a flexible material and lateral reinforcing units bent and extended toward an identical direction from both sides of the expansion joint unit. The present invention facilitates the installation and maintenance of the expansion joint for the open waterway and provides an effect of remarkably improving a waterproofing function by attaching the expansion joint unit to an expansion joint groove grounded to have a predetermined depth corresponding to the thickness of the expansion joint unit in an area including a joining unit of the open waterway using an adhesive after mounting the expansion joint unit to the expansion joint groove and attaching the lateral reinforcing units to lateral reinforcing unit grooves grounded to have a depth and a width corresponding to those of the lateral reinforcing unit after press-fitting the lateral reinforcing units into the lateral reinforcing unit grooves.
본 발명은 주변 환경에 따라 개거수로가 수축 또는 팽창할 때에 이 작용에 따라 개거수로가 파손되는 것을 방지함은 물론 이에 따라 개거수로를 통과하는 농수가 누수되지 않도록 하며, 시공이 용이한 개거수로용 신축이음장치 및 개거수로용 신축이음장치 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 개거수로 신축이음장치는, 신축성 재질의 신축이음부; 및 상기 신축이음부의 양측에서 동일 방향으로 절곡되어 연장되는 측부보강부;를 구비한 신축이음부재;를 포함하여 구성되어, 상기 개거수로의 결합부를 포함하는 영역에서 상기 신축이음부의 두께에 대응하는 깊이를 가지고 연삭 형성된 신축이음부홈에 상기 신축이음부가 안착되어 접착제에 의해 접착 고정되고, 상기 신축이음부홈의 양측에서 상기 측부보강부의 폭과 두께에 대응하는 깊이와 폭을 가지고 연삭 형성된 측부보강부홈에 상기 측부보강부가 억지끼움식으로 삽입된 후 접착 고정되는 것에 의해, 개거수로 신축이음장치의 설치 및 유지보수를 용이하게 수행할 수 있도록 하며, 방수 기능 또한 현저히 향상시키는 효과를 제공한다.
