The present invention relates to a cooling and heating curtain capable of cooling or heating indoors by sucking indoor or outdoor air, heat-exchanging the indoor or outdoor air, and then discharging the heat-exchanged air to the indoors or the outdoors; mounting a cooling and heating device to cool or heat indoors on a case part of the curtain to be installed in the indoor side of a window such as a general curtain; and attaching a solar cell panel and a liquid crystal panel to an awning part to generate power requirement and to display an image on the curtain. The present invention comprises: the cooling and heating device (300) having a cooling and heating unit (340) to generate a temperature difference between a first space (341) and a second space (342) by the supply of electricity, and installed in the case part (200) to suck the air from the indoors or the outdoors and then discharge the air passing the first space (341) to the indoors and the air passing the second space (342) to the outdoors; and a power supply unit (500) to supply the electricity to the cooling and heating unit (330).
본 발명은 실내측 공기 또는 실외측 공기를 흡기하여 열교환한 후 실내 및 실외에 배기하여 실내를 냉방 또는 난방할 수 있게 하며, 실내를 냉방 또는 난방하기 위한 냉난방수단을 커튼의 케이스부에 장착하여 일반 커튼처럼 창호의 실내측에 설치하게 구성하고, 차양부에 태양전지판 및 액정패널을 부착하여서 소요 전력을 자체 생성하고 커튼에 이미지를 디스플레이할 수 있게 한 냉난방 커튼에 관한 것으로서, 전기공급에 따라 제1공간(341) 및 제2공간(342)에 온도차를 발생시키는 냉난방유닛(340)을 구비하고, 실내측 공기 또는 실외측 공기를 흡기하여 제1공간(341)을 통과시킨 공기를 실내측으로 배출하고 제2공간(342)을 통과시킨 공기를 실외측으로 배출하도록 상기 케이스부(200)에 설치되는 냉난방수단(300); 및 상기 냉난방유닛(330)에 전기를 공급하는 전원공급수단(500); 을 포함하여 구성된다.
