HEATING AND COOLING INSULATION CURTAIN DEVICE APPLICABLE TO DISTRIBUTION CENTERS
The present invention relates to a heating and cooling insulation curtain device applicable to a distribution center. The heating and cooling insulation curtain device applicable to a distribution center comprises: a frame unit which is installed around an entrance in which a container comes alongside for loading and unloading logistics in a distribution center; a guidance unit which is installed at an upper side part of the frame unit in a transverse direction; a main curtain unit which has an upper side coupled to the guidance unit and a lower part disposed adjacent to the bottom part of the entrance to be unfolded or folded according to the guidance unit and thus open and close the entrance; a movement unit which has an upper part connected to the guidance unit to be able to reciprocate, a lower part to be able to axially move, and a lower end connected to the main curtain unit to allow the main curtain unit to move to be able to slidingly reciprocate along the guidance unit, so that the main curtain unit can be unfolded or folded and axially rotate; and an upper curtain unit which is coupled to the frame unit and is located on the front at an upper side of the main curtain unit to shield the upper side of the container when the container comes alongside. According to the present invention, it is possible to maximize the cooling and heating insulation effect while freely allowing an entry and exit of people or logistics, thereby maintaining a consistent inner temperature of the distribution center, obtaining an energy reduction effect, and thus providing economic effects.
본 발명은, 물류센터에서 물류를 상하차하기 위하여 컨테이너가 접안하는 입출구측에 설치되는 프레임부와, 프레임부의 상측부에 횡방향을 따라 설치되는 가이드부와 상측은 가이드부에 결합되고 하부는 입출구측의 바닥부에 인접하게 배치되어 가이드부를 따라 펼쳐지거나 접혀져 입출구측을 개폐하는 메인커튼유닛, 상부는 가이드부에 왕복 이동 가능하게 연결되고 하부는 축방향 회전이 가능하며 하단부는 메인커튼유닛과 연결되어, 메인커튼유닛을 가이드부를 따라 슬라이딩 왕복 이동가능하게 하여 펼쳐지거나 접혀지게 하고 축방향 회전시키는 이동부와, 프레임부에 결합되고 메인커튼유닛의 상측에 전방에 위치하여 컨테이너가 접안 시 컨테이너의 상측을 차폐하는 상부커튼유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물류센터에 적용가능한 냉난방 단열 커튼장치를 제공할 수 있다. 상기한 바에 따르면 사람이나 물류의 출입은 자유롭게 허용하면서도 냉난방단열 효과는 극대화하여 물류센터의 내부온도를 일정하게 유지할 수 있으며 에너지 절감효과도 얻을 수 있어 경제적인 효과를 제공할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a heating and cooling insulation curtain device applicable to a distribution center.
