The present invention relates to a windbreak device capable of opening and closing a window, which can easily and conveniently open and close a window frame without totally disassembling or separating an installation state of members covering a sash and a window frame, and comprises: a fixing member installed in a sash, a window frame for fixation, and a window frame for movement in a longitudinal direction; a rail member installed in the sash, the window frame for fixation, and the window frame for movement in a transverse direction; a first cover detachably installed in the fixing member of the window frame for movement and covering a boundary between the sash and the window frame for movement; a second cover installed in the fixing member of the window frame for fixation and covering a boundary between the sash and the window frame for fixation; and a third cover having an accommodating unit installed in the rail member to be moved and covering the boundaries between the sash and the window frames for movement and fixation and an insertion unit which can be inserted into and removed from the accommodating unit.
본 발명은 창틀과 창문틀을 감싸고 있는 부재들의 설치상태를 전부 해체(분리)하지 않고도 창문틀을 쉽고 간편하게 개폐할 수 있는 창문개폐가 가능한 방풍장치에 관한 것으로서, 창틀과 고정용 창문틀 및 이동용 창문틀에 세로방향으로 설치되는 고정부재와; 상기 창틀과 고정용 창문틀 및 이동용 창문틀에 가로방향으로 설치되는 레일부재와; 상기 이동용 창문틀의 고정부재에 착탈가능하게 설치되어 창틀과 이동용 창문틀 사이의 경계를 감싸는 제1덮개와; 상기 고정용 창문틀의 고정부재에 설치되어 창틀과 고정용 창문틀 사이의 경계를 감싸는 제2덮개와; 상기 레일부재에 이동가능하게 설치되어 창틀과 고정용 창문틀 및 이동용 창문틀 사이의 경계를 감싸는 수용부 및 수용부에 삽탈가능하게 설치되는 삽입부로 구성된 제3덮개;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 실시 예에 의하면, 종래와 같이 환기를 위해 설치된 부재들을 전부 해체(분리)하지 않고도 창문틀의 개폐를 가능토록 해 사용의 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.
