FIRST RAINWATER TREATMENT APPARATUS
The present invention relates to an open type first flush rainwater treatment apparatus capable of easily replacing a filter, removing sediment, and checking an internal state by having an open type structure wherein an upper part and a front part can be opened and closed. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the open type first flush rainwater treatment apparatus comprises: an apparatus main body (10) including a rainwater inlet (11) and an outlet (12) on both sides; a partition wall (20) vertically formed in the center inside the main body (10), to divide an inner space into a pre-treatment part (A) and a post-treatment part (B) to gradationally treat rainwater flowing in through the rainwater inlet (11), including a guide pipe (21) to downwards guide rainwater from the pre-treatment part (A) to the post-treatment part (B) in an intermediate part, and having an overtopping hole (22) in an upper part; a plurality of punching screens (30) formed in the pre-treatment part (A) to filter foreign substances contained in rainwater; a filter chamber (40) formed at the intermediate height of the post-treatment part (B) and filled with a plurality of filter bodies (41) inside, and including a punching net having an opening and closing door (42) in the front; a settling tank (50) formed in the lower part of the filter chamber (40); and an open trench (60) formed in the upper part of the main body (10) to check an inside.
본 발명은 개방형 초기우수 처리장치에 관한 것으로서, 상부와 전면부의 개폐가 가능한 개방형 구조를 이루도록 하여 내부상태 확인 및 침전물의 제거 그리고 필터 교체가 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 양측에 각각 우수 유입구(11)와 배출구(12)가 구비된 장치 본체(10)와; 상기 본체(10)의 내부 중심에 수직방향으로 구성되어 우수 유입구(11)를 통해 유입된 우수의 단계적 처리가 이루어질 수 있도록 전처리부(A)와 후처리부(B)로 내부 공간을 구획하되, 중단에는 우수를 전처리부(A)에서 후처리부(B)로 하향 안내하기 위한 안내파이프(21)가 구성되고, 상부에는 월류공(22)이 형성된 격벽(20)과; 우수에 포함된 이물질을 걸러주기 위해 상기 전처리부(A)에 구성되는 다수의 타공스크린(30)과; 상기 후처리부(B)의 중단 높이에 구성되며 내부에는 다수의 필터체(41)가 충진되어지고, 전면에는 개폐도어(42)가 구비된 타공망으로 이루어지는 필터챔버(40)와; 상기 필터챔버(40)의 하부에 구성되는 침전조(50)와; 상기 본체(10)의 상부에 구성되어 내부 확인이 가능하도록 하는 오픈 트렌치(60)를 포함하는 구성을 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an open type first flush rainwater treatment apparatus capable of easily replacing a filter, removing sediment, and checking an internal state by having an open type structure wherein an upper part and a front part can be opened and closed. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the open type first flush rainwater treatment apparatus comprises: an apparatus main body (10) including a rainwater inlet (11) and an outlet (12) on both sides; a partition wall (20) vertically formed in the center inside the main body (10), to divide an inner space into a pre-treatment part (A) and a post-treatment part (B) to gradationally treat rainwater flowing in through the rainwater inlet (11), including a guide pipe (21) to downwards guide rainwater from the pre-treatment part (A) to the post-treatment part (B) in an intermediate part, and having an overtopping hole (22) in an upper part; a plurality of punching screens (30) formed in the pre-treatment part (A) to filter foreign substances contained in rainwater; a filter chamber (40) formed at the intermediate height of the post-treatment part (B) and filled with a plurality of filter bodies (41) inside, and including a punching net having an opening and closing door (42) in the front; a settling tank (50) formed in the lower part of the filter chamber (40); and an open trench (60) formed in the upper part of the main body (10) to check an inside.
본 발명은 개방형 초기우수 처리장치에 관한 것으로서, 상부와 전면부의 개폐가 가능한 개방형 구조를 이루도록 하여 내부상태 확인 및 침전물의 제거 그리고 필터 교체가 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 양측에 각각 우수 유입구(11)와 배출구(12)가 구비된 장치 본체(10)와; 상기 본체(10)의 내부 중심에 수직방향으로 구성되어 우수 유입구(11)를 통해 유입된 우수의 단계적 처리가 이루어질 수 있도록 전처리부(A)와 후처리부(B)로 내부 공간을 구획하되, 중단에는 우수를 전처리부(A)에서 후처리부(B)로 하향 안내하기 위한 안내파이프(21)가 구성되고, 상부에는 월류공(22)이 형성된 격벽(20)과; 우수에 포함된 이물질을 걸러주기 위해 상기 전처리부(A)에 구성되는 다수의 타공스크린(30)과; 상기 후처리부(B)의 중단 높이에 구성되며 내부에는 다수의 필터체(41)가 충진되어지고, 전면에는 개폐도어(42)가 구비된 타공망으로 이루어지는 필터챔버(40)와; 상기 필터챔버(40)의 하부에 구성되는 침전조(50)와; 상기 본체(10)의 상부에 구성되어 내부 확인이 가능하도록 하는 오픈 트렌치(60)를 포함하는 구성을 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다.
