The present invention relates to an initial rainwater treatment apparatus, comprising: a floating matter removal chamber which includes a fixed mesh filter which filters out floating matter having relatively large particles from rainwater, and which has a filter installation hole formed in the center, and a height control filter apparatus installed on the filter installation hole to move up and down, control the height, and introduce a rainwater volume required for operating the apparatus with a constancy even if floating matter is piled up on the fixed mesh filter and the inflow passage of rainwater is blocked; a flow rate control chamber which removes impurities from the rainwater introduced through the floating matter removal chamber to supply a certain volume of rainwater; an aeration chamber which receives the rainwater supplied from the flow rate control chamber to remove dissolved organic matter in the introduced rainwater by microorganisms; a membrane dissection chamber which receives a mixture liquid of the rainwater and microorganisms supplied from the aeration chamber to remove the residual organic pollutants existing in the introduced mixture liquid by consuming them as feed for the microorganisms; a dissection membrane unit fixed on the membrane dissection chamber; and a treatment water storage chamber which stores treatment water leaked through the dissection membrane unit to, when the water level in the chamber rises to reach a high-level switch, discharge the treatment water to the outside through a treatment water transfer pump. The present invention aims to provide the initial rainwater treatment apparatus which is able to receive a minimum flow rate required for operating the apparatus supplied into the floating matter removal chamber even if an excessive volume of floating matter is piled up in the floating matter removal chamber.
본 발명은 우수에서 상대적으로 입자가 큰 부유물을 걸러내고 가운데에는 필터설치공이 형성된 고정식메시필터와 상기 필터설치공에 설치되어 상하로 이동하면서 높낮이가 조절되어 상기 고정식메시필터에 부유물이 적층되어 우수의 유입 통로가 막히더라도 장치를 가동하는데 요구되는 우수량을 항상성 있게 유입시킬 수 있는 높낮이조절필터장치가 설치된 부유물제거조, 상기 부유물제거조를 거쳐 유입된 우수로부터 협잡물을 제거하고, 일정량의 우수를 공급하는 유량조정조, 상기 유량조정조로부터 우수를 공급받고, 유입된 우수내 용존 유기물을 미생물에 의해 제거하기 위한 폭기조, 상기 폭기조로부터 우수와 미생물의 혼합액을 공급받고, 유입된 혼합액내 존재하는 잔류 유기오염물질이 미생물의 먹이로서 소비되어 제거되는 막분리조; 상기 막분리조에 고정된 분리막유니트, 상기 분리막유니트를 통해 유출되는 처리수가 저장되고, 조내 수위가 높아져 고수위스위치에 도달할 경우 처리수이송펌프를 통해 처리수를 외부로 배출하는 처리수저장조를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 초기 우수 처리장치에 관한 것이다.
