THE GROUTING METHOD USING THE DOUBLE PAKER TYPE GROUTING EQUIPMENT
The present invention relates to an apparatus for grouting the ground to ensure stability of an underground structure and prevent damage to an adjacent building, and a grouting construction method using the same, which comprises steps of: a) forming a drilling hole; b) inserting a grouting pipe into the inside of the drilling hole; c) inserting a bundle of injection pipes into the inside of the grouting pipe; d) forming a first expansion material injection space which is sealed into the inside of the grouting pipe; e) forming a first compartment; f) injecting a grouting material into the first compartment; g) forming the first expansion material injection space which is sealed by injecting a second expansion material into an internal packer body; h) forming a second compartment which is sealed in the drilling hole; i) injecting a grouting material into the second compartment; j) finishing injection of the grouting material into the drilling hole in the outside of the grouting pipe; and k) injecting a consolidated material into a remaining empty space in the inside of the grouting pipe.
본 발명은 지하구조물의 안정성을 확보하고 인접건축물의 손상을 방지할 수 있도록 지중을 그라우팅시키는 장치 및 이를 이용한 그라우팅 공법에 관한 것으로서, a) 지중을 천공하여 천공홀을 형성시키는 단계; b) 다수 개의 외부패커가 부착 설치된 그라우트관을 상기 천공홀 내부에 삽입시키는 단계; c) 상기와 같이 선단부에 하나의 내부패커체가 부착 설치된 주입관다발을 상기 그라우트관의 내부에 삽입시키는 단계; d) 주입관다발을 이용하여 상기 내부패커체에 제2팽창재를 주입시켜, 가장 선단의 외부패커가 위치하는 그라우트관의 내부에 밀폐된 제1팽창재 주입공간을 형성시키는 단계; e) 주입관다발을 이용하여 상기 제1팽창재 주입공간을 통해 상기 선단의 외부패커에 제1팽창재를 주입시켜, 천공홀의 선단부에 밀폐된 제1격실을 형성시키는 단계; f) 주입관다발을 이용하여 상기 제1격실에 그라우트재를 주입시키는 단계; g) 상기 내부패커체에 주입되었던 제2팽창재의 일부를 배출시킴으로써 내부패커체의 부피를 축소시킨 후 주입관다발을 후퇴시켜 상기 내부패커체를 선단에서 두 번째의 외부패커에 대응하도록 위치시키고, 상기 내부패커체에 제2팽창재를 주입시켜 밀폐된 제1팽창재 주입공간을 형성시키는 단계; h) 주입관다발을 이용하여 상기 제1팽창재 주입공간을 통해 제1팽창재가 상기 두 번째의 외부패커에 주입되도록 함으로써, 천공홀에 밀폐된 제2격실을 형성시키는 단계; i) 주입관다발을 이용하여 상기 제2격실에 그라우트재를 주입시키는 단계; j) 상기의 g) 내지 i)의 각 단계를 반복하여 그라우트관 외부의 천공홀에 그라우트재의 주입을 완료시키는 단계; k) 그라우트관으로부터 주입관다발을 제거한 후, 상기 그라우트관 내부의 나머지 빈 공간에 고결재를 주입시키는 단계; 를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
