DOUBLE INFLATABLE GROUTING EQUIPMENT AND THE GROUTING METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a grouting apparatus for reinforcing the ground by injecting a grout material in the ground and a construction method thereof. The grouting apparatus comprises: a grout pipe which is inserted in a punched hole in the ground and has packer insertion holes and external packers for covering the packer insertion holes which are arranged at intervals; an external packer expansion device comprising a first supply pipe which supplies an expansion agent for forming separated multistage chambers in the punched hole by expanding the external packers; a grout material spraying device comprising a second supply pipe which supplies the grout material for grouting the punched hole and soil around the punched hole by injecting the grout material in the separated multistage chambers; and an expansion pressure maintaining device which maintains expansion pressure of the external packers to prevent the grout material, injected in the separated chambers, from being leaked outside the separated chambers.
본 발명은 지중에 그라우트재를 주입시켜 지반을 보강하기 위한 그라우팅 장치 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 그라우팅 장치는 지중의 천공홀에 삽입되는 것으로서 그 외면에 패커유입홀과 이를 둘러싼 외부패커가 일정한 간격으로 구비되는 그라우트관과, 상기 외부패커를 팽창시켜 상기 천공홀 내에 다단의 격실을 형성시키기 위한 팽창재를 공급하는 제1공급관이 포함되어 이루어지는 외부패커 팽창장치와, 상기 다단의 격실에 그라우트재를 주입시켜 천공홀 및 그 주변의 토사를 그라우팅시키기 위한 그라우트재를 공급하는 제2공급관이 포함되어 이루어지는 그라우트재 분사장치 및, 격실 내에 주입된 그라우트재가 당해 격실의 외부로 누출되는 것을 방지하기 위해 외부패커의 팽창압을 유지시키는 팽창압 유지장치를 포함하여 구성된다.
