HEAT-RESISTANT POTTERY AND GLAZE USING BASALT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed is pottery produced by using basalt. The pottery comprises: basalt powder; a heat-resisting material which contains one selected from Obu clay and Sancheong kaolin or a mixture thereof; a pottery main body which is formed by mixing the basalt and the heat-resisting material; a dented space which is formed in the pottery main body by being dug; a basalt filling layer which is formed since the basalt is filled in the dented space and melted therein; and a glazed layer which forms the surface of the pottery main body and contains basalt ingredients. Therefore, the present invention provides a sanitary container which increases semi-permeability, thermal conductivity, and thermal persistence by making the pottery into a stoneware and transfers a lot of far-infrared rays to the content.
현무암을 이용하여 제조된 옹기에 관하여 개시한다. 옹기는, 현무암 분말; 오부점토 또는 산청고령토 중에서 선택되거나 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 내열소지; 상기 현무암과 내열소지를 혼합하여 성형된 옹기 본체; 상기 옹기 본체에 파여져 형성된 고임 자리; 상기 고임 자리에 채워져 용융된 현무암 충진층; 및 옹기 본체의 표면을 형성하고 현무암 성분이 함유된 유약층;을 포함함으로써, 옹기를 석기질화하여, 반투수성, 열전도율과 열지속성을 높이고, 다량의 원적외선을 내용물로 전달하는 위생 옹기를 제공한다.
