APPARATUS FOR REDUCING VIBRATION OF HYDRAULIC BREAKER
The present invention relates to an apparatus for reducing vibration of a hydraulic breaker, which comprises: a rail formed to be crooked along a longitudinal direction on a surface of a drilling tool working in a vertical direction by hydraulic pressure; a housing installed in the vicinity of the drilling tool; a cylinder installed inside the housing; a damper piston capable of performing a reciprocating motion in a moving direction and a vertical direction of the drilling tool inside the cylinder; a wheel connected to the damper piston and moved along the rail by being in contact with the rail of the drilling tool; a spring installed between the wheel and the cylinder to apply an elastic force to a gap between the rail and the cylinder; and a working fluid filled inside the cylinder. Therefore, vibration of the drilling tool is effectively reduced using a hydraulic damper which uses an MR fluid without significantly changing a shape of a conventional breaker.
