APPARATUS FOR REDUCING VIBRATION OF HYDRAULIC BREAKER

The present invention relates to a vibration reducing device of a hydraulic breaker comprising: a housing installed around an excavation tool; a cylinder installed in the housing; a damper piston capable of reciprocating in the cylinder; a beam vertically moving the damper piston in the cylinder when the excavation tool moves in a vertical direction by being connected between the damper piston and the excavation tool by a pin joint; and a working fluid filling an inside of the cylinder. The present invention efficiently reduces a vibration of the excavation tool using a hydraulic damper without significantly changing a form of an existing breaker.

본 발명은 굴삭 공구의 주변에 설치되는 하우징; 상기 하우징의 내부에 설치된 실린더; 상기 실린더의 내부에서 왕복 운동 가능한 댐퍼 피스톤; 상기 댐퍼 피스톤과 상기 굴삭 공구 사이에 핀 조인트로 연결되어, 상기 굴삭 공구가 상하방향으로 이동할 때 상기 댐퍼 피스톤을 상기 실린더의 내부에서 상하방향으로 이동시키는 보; 및 상기 실린더의 내부에 충진된 작동 유체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이커의 진동 감소 장치에 관한 것으로서, 기존 브레이커의 형태를 크게 변화시키지 않고 유압 댐퍼를 이용하여 굴삭 공구의 진동을 효과적으로 감소시킬 수 있다.
