The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly apparatus to fixate a wood pole of a wooden fence. The present invention comprises: a foundation pile coupled to one end part of a wood pole of which an upper end part is inserted and coupled to one end part of the wood pole, and a lower portion buried underground and an outer surface having a plurality of support rods; and a reinforcement member coupled to the outside of the lower portion of the wood pole to be buried underground and coupled by being penetrated by the foundation pile. According to the present invention, the present invention easily assembles the foundation pile inserted into the ground to be fixated to horizontally connect fence members configuring a wooden fence and the wood pole for the wooden fence vertically installed in the ground; and firmly fixates and assembles the wood pole, and is easily installed and replaced.
