ECO-FRIENDLY WATERPROOF AGENT COMPOSITION FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE USING SEAWEEDS AND WATERPROOFING METHODS USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly waterproof agent composition for a structure using seaweed, which comprises: 70 to 90 wt% of a main agent containing 10 to 30 wt% of seaweed, 1 to 10 w% of an anionic emulsifying agent, 20 to 60 wt% of a polymer, 1 to 10 wt% of caustic soda, 5 to 10 wt% of an anti-deterioration agent, 2 to 5 wt% of an anti-stripping agent and 10 to 60 wt% of a solvent; and 10 to 30 w% of a curing agent containing 0.1 to 1 wt% of a styrene butadiene copolymer emulsion, 0.1 to 1 wt% of isocyanate, 9 to 38 wt% of calcium nitrate and 60 to 90 wt% of a solvent, and to a construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the eco-friendly waterproof agent composition is capable of shortening the construction period by rapid curing when carrying out a waterproofing operation and forming a uniform waterproof membrane and has good adhesive strength, extendibility, fluidity and the like.
