Provided is a powder type spreadable waterproofing composition. More particularly, the powder type spreadable waterproofing composition comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of cement: 20-60 parts by weight of seaweeds; 10-60 parts by weight of a powder-type polymer resin; 20-70 parts by weight of fine sand; 5-40 parts by weight of a latex rubber resin; and 1-10 parts by weight of a surfactant. According to the present invention, the powder type spreadable waterproofing composition enhances adhesive strength between a waterproofing layer and an application surface, and shortens curing time of the waterproofing layer. Thus, the powder type spreadable waterproof composition is stable, and secures air permeability, thereby facilitating the penetration of permeable components after forming the waterproofing layer.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부 기준으로, 해조류 20 내지 60중량부; 분말형 고분자 수지 10 내지 60중량; 고운 모래 20 내지 70중량부; 라텍스 고무 수지 5 내지 40중량부; 및 계면활성제 1 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 분말형 도포 방수제 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 분말형 도포 방수제 조성물은 방수층과 시공면의 접착력을 향상시키고, 도포층의 경화시간을 단축시킴으로써 안정적이고, 통기성이 확보되어 방수층 형성 후 침투성분의 침투가 용이한 방수제를 제공하는 데 있다.
