The present invention relates to a city-farm type apartment house and, more specifically, relates to a city-farm type apartment house wherein a shared hall is provided in each floor, stairs, and elevator to allow people to move to a different floor. The city-farm type apartment house comprises: a residential portion having a residential space inside; a farm portion having a vegetation space inside; and a dummy portion to transmit sunlight to the farm portion. The residential portion and the farm portion are placed in parallel in a horizontal direction, and stacked in a vertical direction. According to the present invention, the city-farm type apartment house allows farming activities in the city as the residential portion and the farm portion are combined into an apartment house; allows mass natural cultivation of crops using artificial light as well as natural light as sufficient sunlight can be provided for the farm portion by a dummy portion; and provides profits and can be industrialized with high reliability in the quality of crops, and reduce the consumption of electricity.
