The present invention relates to an urban farm-type apartment house. More specifically, the apartment house having, on each floor, a common corridor and a staircase and an elevator for moving to other floors comprises: residential parts in which residential space parts are formed; farm parts in which vegetation space parts are formed; and dummy parts for transmitting the sunlight so that the same is emitted at the farm parts. The residential parts and the farm parts are arranged horizontally in parallel and vertically stacked on each floor. According to the present invention, an apartment house can be constructed so that the residential parts and the farm parts are combined, and thus agricultural activities can be conducted in the city. As a sufficient amount of the sunlight can be emitted at the farm parts by the dummy parts, crops can be mass produced naturally by using both artificial light and natural light. The reliability of crop quality can be increased, and electricity consumption can be reduced, and thus commercialization for profit creation can be achieved.
본 발명은 도시농장형 공동주택에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 각 층에 공용 복도를 갖고, 다른 층으로 이동하기 위한 계단과 엘리베이터를 갖는 공동주택에 있어서, 주거공간부가 내부에 형성되는 주거부, 식생공간부가 내부에 형성되는 농장부, 및 상기 농장부로 태양광이 조사되도록 투과시키는 더미부,를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 주거부와 농장부는 각 층에 수평 병렬과 수직 적층으로 배열된다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 주거부와 농장부가 결합된 형태로 공동주택을 건설할 수 있어 도시에서도 농업활동을 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 더미부에 의해 농장부로 태양광이 충분히 조사될 수 있어 인공광과 자연광 병용으로 농작물의 대량 자연재배가 가능하며 농작물 품질에 대한 신뢰를 높이고 전기소모를 줄여 이익 창출에 따른 사업화가 이루어질 수 있다.
