FORM ASSEMBLY FOR RIBBED SLAB AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF RIBBED SLAB USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a form assembly for a ribbed slab and a method to construct a ribbed slab using the same. The form assembly for a ribbed slab comprises: rib frames having a plurality of base plate units separated from each other at a predetermined interval, having both ends connected to a form of beams or walls to be supported, formed at a predetermined size, and coupled to each other while being close to each other in a longitudinal direction and connection keys to couple the plurality of base plates to each other; and a rib form having a ribbed slab form installed between the rib frames separated from each other at a predetermined interval, coupled to the rib frames while being placed on the rib frames, and having a trapezoid or dorm-shaped cross section, insertion protrusions continuously installed and coupled to the rib frames, and opened at both ends and end closers coupled to both ends of the ribbed slab form and having one opened end and the other closed end. A rib portion and a hollow port of the ribbed slab are easily installed and separated by easily assembling the rib frames and the ribbed slab form without an additional slab floor form. Also, the ribbed slab form and the end closers of the rib form are fitted in and assembled to a desired position at a desired length according to necessity, are easily installed in slabs of various spans, and are simply assembled in the field by minimizing a number of steppers and bridging joists to support the form using the rigidity of truss rebars.
