Apparatus for manufacturing ribbed slab and the method thereof and the ribbed slab of the same
The present invention relates to: an apparatus for manufacturing a ribbed slab, which can manufacture the ribbed slab by adjusting the length thereof required according to the size of a building, and form locking protrusions on both upper ends of the manufactured ribbed slab; a manufacturing method of a ribbed slab; and a ribbed slab manufactured thereby. The apparatus for manufacturing a ribbed slab comprises: a mold part for producing a shape of a ribbed slab by pouring concrete therein; a side plate part movably installed in each of the front and rear on the upper portion of the mold part according to the predetermined length of the ribbed slab in the longitudinal direction; a first fixing part for fixing between the mold part and the side plate part; a diaphragm part formed to be movable on both left and right sides of the mold part according to the left and right lengths of the preset ribbed slab, so as to block the left and right sides of the mold part; and a second fixing part inserted into the diaphragm part through the side plate part to fix between the side plate part and the diaphragm part. The diaphragm part comprises: a blocking member formed to correspond to the cross-sectional shape of the mold part and inserted into both left and right sides of the mold part to block the same; and an extension member extending on the upper end of the blocking member to form a locking protrusion on the ribbed slab.
본 발명은 건축물의 크기에 따라 요구되는 리브형 슬래브의 길이로 조절하여 제조 가능하며, 제조되는 리브형 슬래브의 양측 상단에는 걸림턱이 형성되도록 하기 위한 리브형 슬래브 제조장치, 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 리브형 슬래브에 관한 것으로, 내부에 콘크리트가 타설되도록 하여 리브형 슬래브의 형상을 제작하기 위한 몰드부; 기 설정된 리브형 슬래브의 전후 길이에 따라 상기 몰드부 상부의 전후 각각에 이동 가능하게 설치되는 측판부; 상기 몰드부와 상기 측판부 사이를 고정시키기 위한 제1 고정부; 기 설정된 리브형 슬래브의 좌우 길이에 따라 상기 몰드부의 좌우 양측에 각각 이동 가능하게 형성되어, 상기 몰드부의 좌우 양측을 막기 위한 막음판부; 및 상기 측판부를 관통하여 상기 막음판부에 삽입되어, 상기 측판부와 상기 막음판부 사이를 고정시키기 위한 제2 고정부를 포함하며, 상기 막음판부는, 상기 몰드부의 단면 형상과 대응되게 형성되며, 상기 몰드부의 좌우 양측에 삽입되어 막아주기 위한 막음부재; 및 상기 막음부재의 상단에 연장 형성되어, 리브형 슬래브에 걸림턱을 형성하기 위한 연장부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to: an apparatus for manufacturing a ribbed slab, which can manufacture the ribbed slab by adjusting the length thereof required according to the size of a building, and form locking protrusions on both upper ends of the manufactured ribbed slab; a manufacturing method of a ribbed slab; and a ribbed slab manufactured thereby.
