The present invention relates to a roll screen arranged inside a window of a building to shield light on the window, and capable of preventing accidents occurred to babies or children due to a sagged pulling rope by preventing the sagging of the pulling rope from providing a rotational force to a winding roller. The roll screen comprises: a fixated frame; a winding rod installed in the fixated frame while having a rotary structure; a rotation deceleration part arranged on one end of the winding rod, converting a forward and a backward transfer force of a pulling rope to the rotational force, and then transferring the rotational force to the winding rod; a blind paper fixated on a top of the winding rod to control a shielding of the window through the forward and backward rotation of the winding rod; and a pulling rope adjustment unit. The pulling rope adjustment unit comprises: a lifting rail; a lifting roller installed in the lifting rail with a lifting structure on which the pulling rope is placed; a pulling spring receiving the pulling rope in the lifting rail by pulling the lifting roller on which the pulling rope is placed to the upper part of the lifting rail; and a stopper to fixate the lifting roller descended on the lifting rail by the pulling of the pulling rope on one spot of the lower part to deploy the pulling rope.
본 발명은 건물의 창문 내측에 배치되어 창문의 차광을 도모하는 것으로, 특히 권취롤러에 회전력을 제공하는 견인로프가 평상시에 처짐을 방지하여 상기 처짐이 발생된 견인로프에 의한 유아나 어린이들의 안전사고의 발생이 예방되도록 한 롤 스크린에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 고정 프레임과; 상기 고정 프레임에 회동구조로 설치되는 권취봉과; 상기 권취봉의 일단에 배치되어, 견인줄의 정역 이송력을 회전력으로 변환시켜 권취봉에 전달하는 회동 감속부와; 상기 권취봉에 상단에 고정시켜, 권취봉의 정역 회전에 의해 창문의 차광상태를 제어하는 블라인드지; 및 견인줄 조절구를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 견인줄 조절구는, 승강레일과; 상기 승강레일에 승강구조로 설치되며 견인줄을 견착한 승강롤러와; 상기 견인줄이 견착된 승강롤러를 승강레일의 상부로 당겨 승강레일 내에 견인줄을 수용하는 견인 스프링; 및 상기 견인줄의 당김에 의해 승강레일을 따라 하강된 승강롤러를 하부 일지점에 고정하여 견인줄을 전개시키는 스토퍼를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
