A DEVICE FOR BRIDGE DISMANTLE USING THE STRAND JACK
The present invention provides a bridge dismantling apparatus using strand jacks. The bridge dismantling apparatus corrects an error depending on a difference of mechanical characteristics between the strand jacks when a bridge is left, thereby achieving stability of a dismantling work. The bridge dismantling apparatus comprises: a barge; a pair of support members; and a lifting device. The support members include lift towers vertically erected and arranged on the barge at an interval. The lifting device comprises: a jack base; the stand jack; and a lift frame. The jack base is arranged on upper ends of the lift towers of the support members. The strand jack is positioned on the upper surface of the jack base to pull or release a strand wire. The lift frame is connected to an end of the strand wire to be moved upward and downward on the support members and allows the upper plate and the bridge to be placed thereon. A correction means is further included in a space between the jack base and the support members. The correction method includes a pressurizing cylinder positioned on the upmost end of the lift tower and is fixated to a rod of the pressurizing cylinder to allow the jack base to be moved up and down, thereby adjusting the position of the strand jack. Therefore, the correction means corrects a position where the lift frame is moved up and down depending on horizontality of the upper plate and the bridge placed on the lift frame, thereby maintaining the horizontality of the upper plate and the bridge moved up and down by the lift frame.
본 발명은, 교량의 인양할 때 각각의 스트랜드 잭의 기계적 특성의 차이에 따른 오차를 보정 하여 해체작업의 안정성을 구현할 수 있도록;바지선과, 상기 바지선에서 사이 간격을 가지면서 수직 상으로 직립 되어 배치되는 리프트 타워로 이루어지는 한 쌍의 지지부재와, 상기 지지부재에서 리프트타워들의 상단에 배치되는 잭 베이스와 상기 잭 베이스의 상면에 구비되어 스트랜드 와이어를 당기거나 풀도록 된 스트랜드 잭과 상기 스트랜드 와이어의 종단에 연결되어 상기 지지부재에서 수직상으로 승 하강함과 아울러 상면에 상판 및 교각이 안치되는 리프트 프레임을 가지는 인양수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 스트랜드 잭을 이용한 교량 해체장치에 있어서; 상기한 잭 베이스와 상기 지지부재의 사이에는, 상기 리프트 타워의 최상단에 구비되는 가압실린더를 포함하는 보정수단이 더 포함되며, 상기 잭 베이스가 승 하강 되도록 상기 가압실린더의 로드에 고정되어 상기 스트랜드 잭의 위치를 조절함으로써, 상기 리프트 프레임에 안치된 상판 및 교각의 수평 도에 따라 상기 리프트 프레임의 승 하강 위치를 보정 하여 상기 리프트 프레임에 의해 승 하강 되는 상기 상판 및 교각의 수평 도를 유지하도록 된 보정수단이 더 구비되는 스트랜드 잭을 이용한 교량 해체장치를 제공한다.

The present invention provides a bridge dismantling apparatus using strand jacks. The bridge dismantling apparatus corrects an error depending on a difference of mechanical characteristics between the strand jacks when a bridge is left, thereby achieving stability of a dismantling work. The bridge dismantling apparatus comprises: a barge; a pair of support members; and a lifting device. The support members include lift towers vertically erected and arranged on the barge at an interval. The lifting device comprises: a jack base; the stand jack; and a lift frame.
