According to the present invention, the present invention comprises: a fixing panel providing a predetermined area wherein a lower surface is closely attached to a wall body and a waterproof sheet comes in contact with the upper surface; a bolt penetration hole penetrating a receiving unit recessed in a center portion of the fixing panel and enabling a bolt to be inserted into a bolt coupling hole of the wall body after the bolt is penetrated to enable the fixing panel to be fixated to the wall body; and a plurality of coupling through-holes having an arc shape having a predetermined length and arranged in the circular shape having various diameters in an outer circumference unit of the bolt penetration hole to be hardened while the molten surface of the waterproof sheet is penetrated and passed by a welding means to generate a coupling protrusion having the predetermined arc length.
본 발명에 의하면, 벽체에 하측면이 밀착되고 상측면에 방수시트가 접촉되는 소정의 면적을 제공하는 고정판넬; 고정판넬의 중앙부위에 요홈 형성되는 수용부에 천공 형성되고 볼트가 관통된 후 벽체의 볼트체결공에 삽입되도록 하여 고정판넬이 벽체에 고정되도록 하는 볼트관통공; 및 소정길이의 원호 형상을 가지고 볼트관통공의 외주부에 다양한 지름의 원 형상으로 배열되어 융착수단에 의해 용융되는 방수시트의 표면이 침투 및 통과된 상태에서 경화되어 소정의 원호길이를 가지는 결합돌기가 생성되도록 하는 복수개의 결합용통공을 포함하는 방수시트 고정장치가 제공된다.

본 발명에 의하면, 벽체에 하측면이 밀착되고 상측면에 방수시트가 접촉되는 소정의 면적을 제공하는 고정판넬; 고정판넬의 중앙부위에 요홈 형성되는 수용부에 천공 형성되고 볼트가 관통된 후 벽체의 볼트체결공에 삽입되도록 하여 고정판넬이 벽체에 고정되도록 하는 볼트관통공; 및 소정길이의 원호 형상을 가지고 볼트관통공의 외주부에 다양한 지름의 원 형상으로 배열되어 융착수단에 의해 용융되는 방수시트의 표면이 침투 및 통과된 상태에서 경화되어 소정의 원호길이를 가지는 결합돌기가 생성되도록 하는 복수개의 결합용통공을 포함하는 방수시트 고정장치가 제공된다.
