CCOMPLEX WATER PROOFING PROCESS USING ECO-FRIENDLY POLYURETHANE WATER PROOFING COAT AND WATER PROOFING SHEET
In accordance with the present invention, provided is a complex waterproofing method including an eco-friendly polyurethane waterproof coating and a waterproof sheet. The method includes the following steps: (1) applying primer to the whole surface of foundation concrete; (2-1), in some cases, forming a primary waterproof coating on the primer with an eco-friendly polyurethane composition; (2-2) placing waterproof sheets on the primary waterproof coating at an interval of 5-10 ㎜; (3) reinforcing a gap between the waterproof sheets with the eco-friendly polyurethane composition; (4) forming a waterproof sheet layer by connecting the waterproof sheets through adhesive reinforcement tape; and (5) forming a waterproof coating layer by applying the eco-friendly polyurethane composition onto the reinforced waterproof sheet layer. In accordance with the present invention, the complex waterproofing method can form a complex waterproof coating having excellent workability, mechanical properties and eco-friendliness by applying both a coating waterproofing method and a sheet waterproofing method.
본 발명은, (단계 1) 바탕 콘크리트면 전체에 프라이머를 도포하는 단계; (단계 2-1) 경우에 따라서는, 프라이머 위에 친환경 폴리우레탄 조성물로 1차 방수도막을 형성하는 단계; (단계 2-2) 1차 방수도막 위에 방수시트를 5~10㎜ 간격으로 배치하는 단계; (단계 3) 방수시트 사이의 간격을 친환경 폴리우레탄 조성물로 보강하는 단계; (단계 4) 방수시트 사이를 접착성 보강테이프로 연결하여 방수시트층을 형성하는 단계; 및 (단계 5) 보강된 방수시트층 위에 친환경성 폴리우레탄 조성물을 도포하여 방수도막층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는, 친환경 폴리우레탄 방수도막 및 방수시트를 포함하는 복합방수공법이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 복합방수공법은 도막방수법 및 시트방수법을 둘다 적용하여 우수한 작업성, 기계적 물성 및 친환경성을 갖는 복합방수도막을 형성할 수 있다.
