FILLER FOR FILLING GAP BETWEEN FORMWORKS
According to the present invention, a filler to fill a gap between molds comprises: a body part continuously formed in a form of a hexahedron; a combination part formed on an upper part of the body part whose one side is opened; and a combination plate member combined with the combination part. The body part is made of a synthetic resin material, and the combination plate member is made of a metallic material. Moreover, the combination plate member is fixated by a fixing member through the opened side of the combination part. The present invention has the effects of filling a gap if a predetermined gap is generated between the molds, easily forming the filler to fill a gap by a molding process such as an extrusion or the like; easily installing the filler in a gap between the molds; and easily separating the filler from the mold.
본 발명에 따른 거푸집 틈새 매움용 필러는 육면체 형상으로 연속적으로 형성되는 몸체부와, 상기 몸체부의 상부에 형성되며 일측이 개방된 체결부와, 상기 체결부에 결합되는 체결판부재를 포함하며, 상기 몸체부는 합성수지재로 형성되며, 상기 체결판부재는 금속재로 형성되되, 상기 체결판부재는 상기 체결부의 개방된 측을 통해 고정부재를 통해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의해, 거푸집과 거푸집 사이에 소정의 틈새가 발생될 경우 이러한 틈새를 매울 수 있다. 또한, 압출 등의 성형 공정에 의해 용이하게 틈새 매움용 필러를 형성할 수 있으며, 거푸집의 틈새 사이에 용이하게 설치할 수 있으면서도, 필러를 거푸집으로부터 용이하게 분리할 수 있다.
