The present invention relates to a floor material for noise insulation, capable of drastically reducing noise between floors and side walls due to impact by absorbing impact occurred in a floor structure or applied to the side walls through the floor material wherein noise absorption materials for impact absorption are coupled to both sides of a film with through-holes in a floor structure of an apartment house or a villa. According to the present invention, the floor material for noise insulation installed above concrete slabs as floors of the apartment buildings including the villa, a multiplex house, and the apartment house formed of a multistory structure, to absorb the impact received from the upper part and to block noise between the floors comprises: a first noise insulation material formed into a plate through a cross-linkage foaming process to primarily absorb impact transferred to the top surface; a noise insulation material for pressure distribution, installed on the undersurface of the first noise insulation material, formed into a plate through a cross-linkage foaming process, and having multiple pressure holes at predetermined intervals to absorb impact pressure of relevant portions received from the first noise insulation material; a film bonded to the undersurface of the noise insulation material for pressure distribution to distribute impact noise in the pressure holes; a second noise insulation material bonded to the undersurface of the film, formed into a plate through a cross linkage foaming process, and having multiple uneven portions on the top surface at regular intervals; and a finishing sheet for noise insulation to cover the front, rear, and both side surfaces of a thickness formed of the first noise insulation material, the noise insulation material for pressure distribution, the film, and the second noise insulation material for noise insulation.
본 발명은 차음용 층간 바닥재에 관한 것으로, 아파트나 빌라 등의 층간 바닥구조에 있어서 중간에 통공이 형성된 필름지를 사이에 두고 충격흡수용 차음재가 결합된 바닥재를 통해 층간 바닥구조에서 발생되는 충격이나 측벽으로 가해진 충격을 완충시킴으로써 충격에 의한 층간소음 및 측벽간소음을 현저히 저감시킬 수 있도록 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 구성되는 본 발명은 빌라나 다세대 주택 및 아파트 등의 다층구조로 이루어진 공동주택의 층간 바닥인 콘크리트 슬래브층의 상부측에 설치되어 상부로부터의 충격 흡수와 층간 소음을 차단하기 위한 차음용 층간 바닥재에 있어서, 가교 발포 공정을 통해 평판 상으로 성형되어 상부면으로 전달되는 충격을 1차 흡수하는 제 1 차음재; 제 1 차음재의 하부면 상에 설치되어지되 가교 발포 공정을 통해 평판 상으로 성형되어 제 1 차음재로부터 전달되는 해당 부위의 충격압력을 흡수하는 압력공이 일정 간격으로 다수 형성된 압력분산용 차음재; 압력분산용 차음재의 하부면에 접착 고정되어지되 압력공의 내부에서 충격음의 분산이 이루어지도록 하는 필름지; 필름지의 하부면에 접착 고정되어지되 가교 발포 공정을 통해 평판 상으로 성형되어 상부면에 등간격으로 요철이 다수 형성된 제 2 차음재; 및 제 1 차음재, 압력분산용 차음재, 필름지 및 제 2 차음재가 이루는 두께의 전후 및 양측면을 마감하여 차음이 이루어도록 하는 차음용 마감시트를 포함한 구성으로 이루어진다.
