The present invention relates to a tunnel type soundproofing panel assembly with an improved structure in order to shorten construction period and which provides a simple assembly of a soundproofing panel to a strut (H beam) bent in an arc shape same as a tunnel type sound barrier to cover the upper part of a road. The present invention is to provide the tunnel type soundproofing panel assembly to provide simple construction and the beautiful exterior thereof by enabling the strut bent in an arc shape to be connected to two panes of the soundproofing panels in once.
